Why

Us

Thoughtfully Curated Journeys

Every itinerary is built from the ground up, not pulled from a template. We invest time in understanding each route, accommodation, and experience to ensure the pacing, flow, and depth are exactly right for the travellers we serve.

Authentic Local Insight

Our local knowledge allows us to design experiences that go beyond the surface: the village elder who shares his family's history over tea, the quiet beach reached only by a forest trail, the temple ceremony most visitors never witness.

Comfort, Trust & Reliability

From clear pricing and honest itinerary descriptions to responsive communication and well-maintained vehicles, we ensure that every element of your journey runs smoothly and that you always feel supported.

Responsible & Conscious Travel

We are committed to travel that respects the island we love, its people, its ecosystems, and its future. We work with locally owned guesthouses, community-based tourism initiatives, and responsible wildlife operators who share our values.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be recognised as Sri Lanka’s most trusted travel company, one that leads not by scale, but by the quality, integrity, and depth of the journeys we create.

Our Mission

Our mission is to connect curious travellers with the authentic soul of Sri Lanka through journeys that are beautifully designed, responsibly delivered and deeply human.

Yes. Alongside our set packages, we design tailor-made itineraries built around your travel dates, interests, budget, and pace. Share your ideas with us and our team will put together a proposal for your review.

Planning & Booking

We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance, and earlier if travelling during peak season (December to April) or if your trip includes in-demand accommodation or experiences. Shorter-notice bookings are considered based on availability.

Contact us by phone, email, or through our website enquiry form with your travel dates and preferences. We'll send you a proposed itinerary, and once you're happy with it, a deposit confirms your booking.

Yes, wherever availability allows. Changes made close to your arrival date may involve additional costs, particularly where third-party bookings need to be rearranged.

Payments & Pricing

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due before arrival as specified in your booking confirmation. Payment methods are provided at the time of booking.

Inclusions and exclusions are listed against each itinerary. Generally, our packages include private transport, an English-speaking guide, accommodation, and listed entrance fees. International flights, visas, travel insurance, meals not specified, tips, and personal expenses are typically excluded.

Cancellation charges depend on how much notice is given before your arrival date, ranging from loss of deposit to full charge for late cancellations. Full details are set out in our Terms and Conditions. We recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.

Travel Documents & Practicalities

Most visitors require an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) prior to arrival. Requirements vary by nationality, so please confirm the current requirement for your passport with the relevant Sri Lankan immigration authority ahead of your trip.

Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers and required for participation in certain higher-risk activities.

The west, south, and hill country are generally best from December to April, while the east coast is best from May to September. Our team can help plan your route around the best seasonal conditions.

On Tour

Most of our multi-day packages and tailor-made itineraries are conducted with private, air-conditioned transport and a dedicated English-speaking driver-guide. Select day tours or specific excursions may be conducted on a shared basis, as noted in the tour description.

Yes, our itineraries can be adapted to suit travellers of all ages, and we're happy to advise on pacing and activities suitable for children.

Contact your guide, driver, or our support team directly, and we will assist promptly. Contact details are provided in your travel documents.

Tipping is customary and appreciated, though not obligatory, for drivers, guides, and hotel staff. As tips are not included in package pricing, we're happy to advise on appropriate amounts.
